Customize Sizes ?
Clients can choose their size from our size chart or provide custom measurements. In case they opt for custom measurements, accurate measurements of the following are required: shoulders, bust, waist and hips.
Please note that these must be ready garment measurements. Alterations of custom sizes will not be possible if the size provided by the client is inaccurate. However, a fabric of 2” will be provided inside all the garments.
Alterations & Adjustments ?
For custom sized dresses, the dress can be altered once without charge if it's not to the customer's liking provided no extra material is needed and the alteration of the dress is possible. Delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
If further alteration's are required then the customer will be billed an alteration fee depending on the dress.
If there is a mistake in the measurement's of the dress by Shiza Ahmed Label then there will be no charge to customer for shipping or alteration's for local orders.
Expedited Delivery ?
If the dress is needed before the dispatch date communicated on the order page, please message us directly. It may be possible to get the delivery and production expedited for an extra charge.
