Refund & Exchanges Policy for Articles in Standard Sizing & Non-Formals

If the item you purchased is not to your liking you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange it for another size or product of the same value.
All we ask is that the items are unworn and in a resalable condition with the original packaging included, if the articles are not in their original condition, then we will not be able to process your refund or exchange.

Delivery charges & taxes are non-refundable & the customer is responsible for any shipping charges for the articles. Refunds will be in the form of a “voucher” of the value of their order less any delivery charges.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size or product is out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative.

Refunds and exchanges are not possible for outfits with any customizations or for those made in custom sizes and for articles in our formal collections. Items bought on sale are also considered "Final Sale" & cannot be refunded or exchanged.

There is no exchange or refund for these products as all outfits are made to order for our esteemed customers. An exchange or refund will only occur if the product has a manufacturing defect or we have sent you an incorrect item.

However, these articles can be resized and adjusted please check the details below.

Refunds if any will be in the form of a “voucher” of the value of their order less any delivery charges.

Resizing & Alterations Policy for Articles in our Formals Collection & Customized Articles

We offer an extremely generous free resizing & alteration service for 60 days after the product's delivery date.

We leave 2 inches of fabric inside most of our articles to make adjustments later if needed, if your article can be adjusted, resized or altered using the available fabric or material then we would be happy to do so.

These alterations can be refused at any time if they are deemed to be impractical or unfeasible, but every reasonable effort will be made to cater to the customer.

This Service can also be revoked at our discretion for a customer's order if it is being abused.

The Customer is responsible for all shipping & delivery charges for these products. 


Order Cancellation & Refund Policy for Advances/Pre-Payments

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed & all advance payments are non-refundable and final.

However please do reach out to us if you are unable to complete your order & want to cancel. Our team will do our best to facilitate you; in most cases, we will either issue you a voucher or adjust advances against another order less a cancellation charge, these charges and adjustments are at our sole discretion.

What is the Process for Returns & Refunds?

To process your refund or exchange please email us at support@shizaahmedlabel.com with your complete details. Our team will then guide you on mailing or dropping your order back to us. Please ensure that you do this within 30 days of your order being delivered. Please do not ship anything to us without first coordinating with our team.

Once your article is received back our team will inspect it to make sure that it is in the same condition as delivered & that everything is included.

We aim to inspect & approve/reject the articles within 3-4 buissness days of receiving them. Once your article is inspected someone from our team will reach out to coordinate with you

We reserve the right to deny any exchange, refund or return if we suspect abuse of our policies or any fraudulent activity.
