• Free Shipping on orders within Pakistan over 30,000 PKR.
• Local orders are usually delivered in 3 to 5 days after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds Information:

• Return it to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange it for another size or product of the same value.
• For Returns the Outfits must be unworn and in the original packaging and condition.
• Please note that customized outfits & Outfits from our formal collection cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• 60 day resizing is available for custom sized outfits & outfits in our formals collections
• Refunds & Returns will be in the form of a voucher/Store Credit of the value of the order less any delivery charges.

Dress Information:

• The fabric pattern/laces may vary, depending on availability.
• Length of each outfit will vary according to its design.
• Actual color of the outfit may vary from the color being displayed on your device.

Customizations Information:

• For all custom color orders: The color will be closest to your selected shade but please keep in mind that it may not be exact due to lighting. The delivery time for color customized articles is a little longer than usual. (usually 5 additional days may be added to the above displayed date)
• If you choose to opt for custom measurements, please provide us with accurate measurements of the following : shoulders, bust, waist and hips.
• For all custom sized orders please note that these must be body measurements. However, A fabric of 2” will be provided inside all the garments. Delivery charges will be applicable to the alterations.
• Please note customized outfits cannot be returned or exchanged.
